Larry Stulz
Larry Stulz has been a member of SPLKA for nine years. He has served as a volunteer at three of the four lights. He is from the Cincinnati, Ohio, area. He retired from the US Air Force after serving for 37 years. He is also the Facebook admin for “SPLKA Members & Volunteers”.
